Purchase Restrictions
Currently, the following countries/regions do not support purchasing and delivery services: Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Libya, Republic of Cuba, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen.
Limitation of Liability
The information contained on our Site are as accurate and reliable as possible, and periodically updated, but can contain inaccuracies or mistakes. Yasrs makes no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the website, its functions and content, and does not warrant that the website, its functions and content will meet your requirements or expectations.
You acknowledge and agree that Yasrs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), whether arising out of your use of or inability to use our website, unauthorized access to or alteration of any transmissions or data between us, or any other matter related to our website. Our liability to you for any damages, losses and actions arising out of your use of the website shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for any loss or damage. Your purchases
If you want to order products via the Site, you must also read and agree to our Customer Policies on Returns, Shipping and Exchanges.
Your transactions on the Site are protected, and we do not store your credit card information.
When products are on sale or under any other promotions, the offer is only available on our Site. Offers are not redeemable for cash or credit, and not available on prior purchases. Any offer is subject to change without notice.
We guarantee all of our products against manufacturer’s defects for one year from the purchase date. As our products are designed for their intended purpose and made in compliance the highest standards in the industry, our warranty applies only to those defects that appear during the intended use of the product. Even if our products fill the highest standards of manufacturing and are well taken care of, normal wear and accidents are inevitable. As between you and Yasrs, Yasrs owns or licenses all information and materials, including logos, designs, titles, phrases, product names, images, illustrations, icons, photographs, and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and other intellectual property rights associated therewith, in or made available through the Platform (“Platform Content”), as well as the selection, coordination, arrangement, and organization and enhancement of the Platform Content. By posting Comments, you represent that you have the full legal right to provide the Comments and that use of the Comments by Yasrs on the Platform, and all other persons and entities, will not: (a) infringe any intellectual property rights of any person or entity or any rights of publicity, personality, or privacy of any person or entity, including as a result of your failure to obtain consent to post personally identifying or otherwise private information about a person; (b) violate any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or agreement; (c) constitute disclosure of any confidential information owned by any third party; or (d) constitute content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” Upon your submission of Comments or other material or information to Yasrs, and in consideration of your use of the Platform and other good and valuable consideration which you acknowledge, you grant Yasrs a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, license to access, use, publish, adapt, translate, distribute, reproduce, display, modify, create derivative works based upon, and sublicense the Comments, all without any compensation to you whatsoever; and that you will indemnify Yasrs for all claims resulting from content you supply. Yasrs has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Yasrs takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content shared by you or any third party through the Platform. For avoidance of doubt, Yasrs shall be under no obligation: (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to compensate you in any way for your Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and, at Yasrs’ request, defend Yasrs and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors and suppliers, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Platform; (ii) your violation of any of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party rights, including without limitation any copyright, intellectual property, or privacy rights; or (iv) the use by any other persons accessing any Platform using your account or account login. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Platform. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you hereunder, and you shall cooperate in all reasonable respects in such defense.
Site Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Yasrs shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

At Yasrs, we go out of our way to select the kind of distinctive merchandise for which our brand is recognized. When an item featured on Yasrs is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. You may not assign, in whole or in part, this Agreement to any person or entity.
Governing Law and Venue
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. If your local law requires that consumer contracts must be construed in accordance with local law and enforced in the courts of that jurisdiction, then these Terms will not apply to you to the extent that local law conflicts with these Terms.
