Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays). We work with a number of professional delivery partners to ensure that every package can be tracked and delivered safely.
Shipping Methods and Shipping Prices
Shipping Method: Free worldwide shipping.
• United States: Estimated delivery time is 3-9 business days.
• International: Estimated delivery time is 12-14 business days.
• Please note that international delivery times may be delayed due to varying customs policies in different countries.
Order Shipping and Tracking
Once your order is shipped from our distribution center, the system will automatically send an email with a tracking number to the email address registered in your account. Please ensure that your email address is accurate so that you can receive logistics information in a timely manner. You can also log in to your personal account at any time to view the latest logistics tracking status on the order details page.
Refused and Unclaimed Packages
If the order is returned to Yasrs due to the customer’s refusal or failure to claim the package in time, we will issue you a full refund after receiving the returned package, minus all related shipping costs. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed.
Incorrect Address and Package Handling
If the package is returned due to the wrong address provided by the customer, we will refund you the product fee (minus shipping costs) or re-ship it to the correct address according to your needs (you need to pay the shipping costs).
If the package cannot be recovered due to the wrong address, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
If the package is sent to the wrong address due to our operational errors, we will take responsibility and re-ship or re-arrange your order as soon as possible.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once the order is submitted, the size and color of the product cannot be changed. If you need to adjust it, please contact us in time and we will assist you to cancel the original order. You can re-order and select the correct product. Please note that once the order enters the shipping process, it cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled in time. If the order has been shipped, you need to wait until the product is delivered and return it through our return process.
For orders that have been shipped and need to be returned, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If you can cancel the order in time before shipping, we will refund you in full, including shipping costs.
Duties and Taxes
International orders may incur additional duties and taxes. These fees are assessed and collected by local customs and are beyond our control. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. It is recommended that you consult your local customs before placing an order to understand the relevant policies and possible costs.
