No worries—we totally get that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. That’s why we offer 30-day hassle-free returns and exchanges for any items that don’t meet your expectations.
● Eligibility for Returns
You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted, except for items with confirmed manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
– Unworn and Unwashed: Items must show no signs of use, including no stains, odors, or damage.
– Original Tags Attached: All hang tags and care labels must be intact.
– Original Packaging Included Returns must include the original Yasrs packaging (e.g., dust bags, boxes) where applicable.
Items that have been damaged due to improper care or misuse are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
● How to Initiate a Return
STEP 1Contact Customer Support
Email our team at [email protected] with: - Your order number. - Reason for return (e.g., incorrect size, color mismatch, quality issue). - Photos of the item(s) in their current condition (required for quality-related claims).
STEP 2Return Authorization
Within 24 hours, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. **Do not return items without an RMA number**, as they may be rejected.
STEP 3Ship Your Return
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked method with insurance (e.g., DHL, UPS). If defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
● International Returns
For orders shipped outside United States:
– Return shipping fees: Paid by the customer (non-refundable).
– Import duties/taxes: Not covered. We recommend declaring returns as “Returned Merchandise” with a low declared value to minimize fees.
– Processing time: International returns may take 10–14 business days due to shipping delays.
● Tracking Your Return
You will receive a tracking number once your return is shipped (if applicable).
Once we receive your item, we will send an email confirmation and update you on the refund/exchange status.
Request an exchange for a different size or color at the time of return request.
Shipping for exchanges:
– Regular exchanges: You cover the shipping cost.
– Exchanges for defective items: We cover shipping costs.
If the desired item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund.

● Damaged or Incorrect Orders
